1.

Approve the minutes of the regular meeing held on May 15, 2025, and the special called meeting held on May 20, 2025, subject to any necessary corrections.

Approve the Memorandum of Agreement between Glynn County Board of Commissioners and Coastal Pines Technical College for Glynn County Fire Rescue to serve as a facility providing clinical emergency medical services experiences for the Coastal Pines Technical College medical program students.

Approve the Memorandum of Agreement between Glynn County Board of Commissioners, through Glynn County Fire Rescue, and Naval Submarine Base Kings Bay, through the Commanding Officer, for mutual aid in the event of a fire, medical, hazardous materials, or disaster emergency.

4.

Award a contract to RS&H, Inc., for Program Administration for the Brunswick Area Transportation Study (BATS) Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) (Project ID:  RFP25-054) in the amount of $181,982.50 with funding to be provided by Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) Planning (PL) Funds grant.

5.

Accept a quitclaim deed from Sea Island to Glynn County relating to the Tabby House at Malcolm McKinnon Airport property transaction. The property was sold to the Glynn County Airport Commission in 2022. Due to GCAC being an agency of Glynn County, a quitclaim deed from Sea Island to Glynn County is necessary to clarify the title.

AB-25-4: Consider the abandonment of an unimproved area on the northeast side of parcel 04-02722, Rusty W. Johnson II and Stephanie Richards, 118 Circle Drive, and on the southwest side of parcel 04-02731, Susan Richards, 111 St. Simons Avenue, St. Simons Island, applicants.
